New Enhancement: Recurrent Services


Create recurring work orders based on the date or day of the week. This new feature can be used on Maintenance or Cleaning tasks. 

To Create a new Recurrent Service, follow the steps below:

Start by selecting "Settings"

From there, select "Services"

Select "Program Recurrent Service"

Key note: The service will need to be created on the top menu first.


From there, fill out the box below

The options for mode are listed below. This determines what settings will populate.


Once the Mode has been selected, determine the frequency using "Period Step".

To start utilizing the recurrent service, go to the "Recurrent Services" screen in the main navigation menu.

Then select the yellow pencil icon to assign the service.


Select the "Assign to" and hit save. The service has now been programmed and assigned.

New Enhancement: Create Work Orders in Bulk

Moving forward, BeHome247 now allows the property manager to create work orders right from the property list screen. 

Follow the steps below to create a work order:

From the Dashboard screen, select "Properties".

From there, use the filter tool to narrow the property list. Groups, reservation date and state of unit can be used. If the goal is to create a single work order, search for the property using the search field. 

Next, select all units at once by click on the actions dropdown and hit "Select All".

Once all units are selected you can hit the actions drop down menu again, and select "Create Work Order".

This will prompt the "Edit Task" screen. Fill out the Work Order information and select “Save”.

New Enhancement: Customize Your Yale Lock Guest Codes

 

BeHome247 now offers a new custom code feature.  By enabling this setting, all guest codes will be created utilizing the last four digits of the phone number on the reservation. If there is no phone number, this system will generate a random code.

To enable this new feature follow the steps

From the Dashboard screen select "settings"

Select "Global Settings" and scroll to "Reservation Settings"

Select the check mark for the setting "Use Guest Phone last for 4 digits for access"

 Finally "Select " save

Please Note: Once enabled this will go into effect on all new reservations. Existing reservations will keep the codes previously created. To update existing codes, please contact BeHome247 support.
