Offline Device Indicator in Property List

New Enhancement: Recurrent Services


Create recurring work orders based on the date or day of the week. This new feature can be used on Maintenance or Cleaning tasks. 

To Create a new Recurrent Service, follow the steps below:

Start by selecting "Settings"

From there, select "Services"

Select "Program Recurrent Service"

Key note: The service will need to be created on the top menu first.


From there, fill out the box below

The options for mode are listed below. This determines what settings will populate.


Once the Mode has been selected, determine the frequency using "Period Step".

To start utilizing the recurrent service, go to the "Recurrent Services" screen in the main navigation menu.

Then select the yellow pencil icon to assign the service.


Select the "Assign to" and hit save. The service has now been programmed and assigned.

New Enhancement: Create Work Orders in Bulk

Moving forward, BeHome247 now allows the property manager to create work orders right from the property list screen. 

Follow the steps below to create a work order:

From the Dashboard screen, select "Properties".

From there, use the filter tool to narrow the property list. Groups, reservation date and state of unit can be used. If the goal is to create a single work order, search for the property using the search field. 

Next, select all units at once by click on the actions dropdown and hit "Select All".

Once all units are selected you can hit the actions drop down menu again, and select "Create Work Order".

This will prompt the "Edit Task" screen. Fill out the Work Order information and select “Save”.

New Enhancement: Customize Your Yale Lock Guest Codes

 

BeHome247 now offers a new custom code feature.  By enabling this setting, all guest codes will be created utilizing the last four digits of the phone number on the reservation. If there is no phone number, this system will generate a random code.

To enable this new feature follow the steps

From the Dashboard screen select "settings"

Select "Global Settings" and scroll to "Reservation Settings"

Select the check mark for the setting "Use Guest Phone last for 4 digits for access"

 Finally "Select " save

Please Note: Once enabled this will go into effect on all new reservations. Existing reservations will keep the codes previously created. To update existing codes, please contact BeHome247 support.

New Enhancement: BeHome247 Event Based Messaging

BeHome247 has enabled a new feature in the message center module. Property managers can now trigger message campaigns based on the following events:

  • Guest Contract is signed
  • Guest Contract is signed and reservation is paid in full
  • Reservation is created
  • First payment is made
  • Reservation is paid in full
  • Last minute booking (Same day arrival)

Below are instructions on how to create and activate this type of campaign.

First, find the messaging center and select "New Message" :


From there, build the campaign by first adding in content:


Once the content has been added, select the "target":

Once the target is selected, hit "apply filters" and go to the "schedule" section:

For the schedule, select "Send on Event" and choose from the following drop down:

Once the event has been selected hit, "save".

The final step is to activate the campaign. Select the green "Activate" button:

Once the campaign is activated it will run each time the reservation meets the event requirement.  Use the "Log" tool to track who has received the message campaign.

BeHome247 New Enhancements: Message Center

Message center campaigns can now be narrowed to a range of arrival dates. For any on-demand or scheduled campaign, select the arrival dates using the filters tab to send to upcoming guests in bulk.  We have included a training guide below:

After building your message campaign select the "Target" tab:

Select "Define Filter Rule". This will bring up the filter options:

Select Check-in and the range of arrival dates for the campaign. 

From there, you can use your standard filter options to define the rest of the audience. 

The final step is the schedule.

This new filter option works for both scheduled and on-demand campaigns.

BeHome247 New Enhancements: Task ID Audit

BeHome247 has added a new audit tool on all services. Review when a task was created, assigned, or closed. The audit will also log all who have touched the task. 

Moving forward, the service tab will render a little different. We have added a few new features to assist you with your back-of-the-house operation.  

When looking at the task you will see a "gear" icon.  Select this icon to review all tools related to the task:

To view the audit select "Show History". This will open a new tab with the information shown below:

You are now able to see a full history of the task. 


We have included an "Export" option for you to be able to print.

Select "Export to PDF"  and the audit will pull on a new tab. 

Helpful Notes: Make sure your pop-ups are enabled for BeHome247.
